Confirmed date and time for move estimate yesterday afternoon. Appointment today was for 930-1000. Called office at 1010. Office staff said salesperson was done for the day in my area. Asked me to reschedule estimate for next week (salesperson only services my area one day a week). I cannot take another day off from work.

Bottom line; if you live in the area near VAFB and need to use NorthAmerican moving services please ensure you are very flexible to deal with scheduling delays or cancellations and reschedule requests.
