I was shocked at how expensive this move to Montana was but the SRM&S quote was competitive and the final bill was close to the estimate. We experienced some damaged and lost items but it is unclear whether it was the packers or movers at fault. The packing itself went smoothly and the crew was very professional. The unpackers at the other end were not. Boxes were often not placed per the clear written box instructions, many items were not reassembled as promised and our bed was assembled incorrectly.

Workers were prompt, efficient, and courteous. My things arrived on the earliest possible day, in good condition.
