If you want a company that is unprofessional, damages your items, and drives into your car, then you found the right place! To clarify the inevitable denial, the driver was reckless and side swiped our car and refused to take responsibility for it. Sure accidents happen, but the fact that they won't take ownership to this shows how little they care about your personal items and in this case our car. Their immediate response was aggression followed by more aggression. Honestly I don't even want to write out the things they said because it was pretty horrifying. Honesty and respect goes a long way, but you simply won't find that here.

Buyer beware and double check your estimate! Question every $$ amount before agreeing to hire this company. It’s one thing to estimate the hours of a move which can understandably change but when estimating travel time when you have the addresses to base your travel time off of? Well that should be pretty spot on target. This company charged me three times the estimated travel time on top of what they quoted me. The move-out day was 20 mins from their warehouse (which they charge to & from if you weren’t aware because I was not) and move-in day was 1.5 hours from their warehouse. (Again they charge you to & from!!). Oh and I forgot to mention not only to & from but when the movers clock in at the warehouse! Total scam. The estimate said 1 x 2.5 hours, which given the distance I thought was normal. Unbeknownst to find out after all said and done I’m being charged to and from! I have done cross country moves and never heard of this. Something that should be disclosed up front!

I personally think it’s because the movers moved under the estimated timeframe & they felt they needed to make more $$ somewhere. Absolutely ridiculous even the movers were embarrassed that their company was charging a ridiculous travel time fee. It made no sense and they were completely unreasonable.

I was told “hey you know at least we didn’t charge you a storage fee”. Which of course you didn’t because then I definitely wouldn’t have hired your company. Not to mention trying to set up the move was completely unprofessional. The response time was horrible, no follow up. I had to keep calling to follow up with them and schedule. This should have been the first ? .
