Sargent's Moving

Sargent's Moving company did a perfect job in moving (mostly) large and/or heavy furniture pieces to our new home. They worked diligently, were careful, had positive attitudes and even offered us a discount - (which we hadn't requested as we felt their quote was fair) - when they completed their work. We would recommend them without reservations.

After agreeing to a price, selecting a pickup date, Greg Sargent informed us the day before the pickup that they were doubled booked and said “ guess you will have to write that check to someone else”....no apology...no “sorry”......nothing....

Locals had warned us not to select this company but since the move was only two houses away,...thought we would give them a chance....what could go wrong??....????

I have saved the string of emails to backup my review......in case the owner trys to claim otherwise...?

The Lamoille Valley region is so lucky to have a business like Sargent’s Moving. They are a well-run, local business that is also community-minded. We at the Lamoille Family Center consider them to be part of our family, and we are very grateful for their generous contributions of their time and talent. They get the job done efficiently and with a friendly attitude!
