The price is reasonable for what you are getting. Units are not under video surveillance, and most likely if anything happens you are on your own. These are not modern units, nor are they run down; but they serve their purpose since we are closely located to them.

As of July 2022, we were given just over 30 days notice that rent was increasing a little more than 35%. Most other rental units are still more than this price, so it is still cheaper; but if the cost matches competing units nearby, this would not be my first choice.
