After a nightmare of a Macy's sofa delivery, my 87 yr old Father was left to fend for himself when the guys refused to bring it up into his condo and left it in the lobby as a result. Steve and Brie came to the rescue. They wasted no time setting into a plan of action. Their professionalism and compassion BY FAR exceed all others.
