They showed up with a trailer attached to the back of a truck that was too small to fit all of my household items so, we had to do two separate trips which was about 40 minutes each way. Such an inconvenience on a moving day. Didn’t discount me although they came ill-prepared but made sure to ASK for a tip when they were all done. If it wasn’t for the young boy they brought along, I wouldn’t have tipped at all. It’s tacky to ASK for a tip! The guy in charge TRIED to be intimidating when it came to settle the bill. I understand that every penny counts when it comes to small businesses but, trying to be intimidating is not a good look for the company. He needs to rethink his behavior moving forward because you never know who you are moving and everyone will not take that type of behavior lightly. Also, make sure to ask them about the price difference for a two man crew and a three man crew because they will bring an extra person and charge you at the end. Also, THEY WILL PURPOSELY MOVE SLOW JUST TO MILK YOU FOR MONEY!!!!

I called them and set up my move, and paid a deposit. Mike calls me at 8:30pm the night before my move asking if a suburban and a pick up truck will work for my move. I instantly regretted choosing this company. I told him NO and that my belongings are big and expensive. He calls me back and tells me that he worked it out. The day of my move ANOTHER low budget mover showed up LATE to my door saying someone reached out to him to move me! The name of the company on their shirts was “Clutch Movers” and the truck had “Coyote Moving Company” on it. SBL movers never showed up and stopped answering my calls! I’ve never felt so helpless. The movers who came immediately wanted to talk about money and said they preferred cash and asked for payment halfway through the move. ?. They made a 2 hour move a 5 hour move. I’m sure they get paid by the hour so they made sure to take their slow time. They would lift one small item at a time when they could have had three. My white furniture is now dirty and needs cleaned because nothing was wrapped like I asked them to do. There is a big gash in my bed frame.I paid almost $600 for a horrible experience. It was a $200 job! You guys should be shut down! If I wanted cheap low end movers, that’s who I would have called. If you could not have done my move you should not have accepted the job! I should have went with my first instincts and cancelled!

Excellent moving service. They loaded and and hauled our household items almost 150 miles up 287 to our new home. They were fast, efficient, kind and professional.
