Schaap Moving Storage & Storage

We moved from Illinois to Kansas. Schaap was an excellent company to work with. They helped us prepare for the move. The truck arrived on time. The driver (Arnold) was courteous and had the loading very well organized. The load was delivered and unloaded when promised. Overall, using Schaap Moving & Storage exceeded our expectations.

Horrible experience. The manager is very rude. She does not respond. Payment was lost once. I paid by check and it took them a month to cash the check. Now I am being refused my deposit after I have left my unit clean. I have called and left messages. No response. Better to go somewhere else where your not scammed out of money and get treated better. Have messages saved and will be turning them in. This is ridiculous.
