Called them about a same day move and they were on top of it. The two mover guys were hard working, friendly, and fast. I would recommend them if you need moving company...Thank you!!

I moved from the middle keys in Florida back to Muskegon after almost 20 years.
I used Schuitema moving The Office crew was wonderful kept me informed the entire trip while I waited for them to arrive. The crew got there early afternoon by evening had a 26 foot truck packed full, spent the night drove back, nothing eventful happened to the trip or any of my belongings very professional very caring and it was nice to know I could rely on a company that I grew up with back in the early days when it was Warner Schuitema still has great service. .

This company is friendly enough but they do not do a good job at all. I had to use them at the very last minute due to a scheduling mix up. The two guys that showed up to pack my apartment were ok but they took forever to pick everything. It took 9 hours to pack a 1 bedroom apartment. I had to start moving stuff myself down to the truck in order to get it done quicker. They were only going to wrap my TV in one sheet of bubble wrap. Just the middle of the TV though. Not the top or bottom. I had to go down to the truck and grab more bubble wrap myself and start wrapping it. One of the guys seemed clueless as to why I would want to wrap my TV up at all. They didn't do a great job with an inventory sheet. They told me that because it was a military move that they would end up repackaging it into a wooden crate and do a better inventory at their warehouse. I told them I would sign it once they did that. Fast forward to us getting our stuff delivered and it shows up with the crate not sealed. My TV was only wrapped in a blanket and pushed up to the side of the truck, no box or anything around it. Multiple small things, like a cordless drill, missing. Broken bookcase. Multiple marks on my bed frame, washer and dryer, and chairs that were the result of how well they packed it for shipment. Maybe they're a great company around Muskegon. I see that they have a lot of 4-5 star ratings. But I definitely will not use them again or recommend them to anyone I know locally.
