Schulgasser Bros. Moving

We had used Shulgasser movers in the past and were satisfied with our experience, so we made sure to book them when we moved again. However, this time we were extremely disappointed with their service and will never use them again! They folded our brand new $3000 mattress to get it upstairs (which only went up after unfolding) and ripped it up, which voided the warranty. They also banged up our vintage headboard and our dining room table. When we called to complain, they were not apologetic and would not refund any money. The most they offered to do was send someone out to “fix” our furniture (which is impossible). They never ended up sending anyone out and after about 6 months, we gave up. Honestly, we understand if accidents happen, but their total lack of customer service was unacceptable! I would NOT recommend using their service.
