I'd like to thank Schumacher Cargo Logistics for the great and fast service. We moved our household goods from The Netherlands to Lexington, KY. All went smooth, even though we had an additional X-ray scan on the 40ft container, the delivery including the unpacking at our home was done within swift speeds. Thanks! 3.5 years from now we will move back to Europe again, we definitely will contact them again!

Terrible logistic company. Start to End is miserable. CSM POV is this is what we are... Terrible to start with while booking. Shipments arrives in 13 weeks when 8 weeks were quoted. End of the day - shipment arrived with broken boxes... delay cost a lot. Compensation - ZERO. As others have reviewed, shouldn't have booked this company at first... Already sent email to martyn choen and as mentioned response - "this is our service". no need to contact me if you don't have anything to compensate.... Unfortunately No: I have uploaded pictures below so it can confirm goods are not settled. Claim is separate story primary issue is delay. Rather then me calling I would expect your CS team to contact me on the email based on my previous emails.

I started planning my auto import a year in advance. Filip and the schumacher team were great at answering the barage of questions despite it being a year early. As the time came near, they were great on handling the paperwork with the US Custom and agr departments and British export requirements. I was concerned when i dropped the car off with their unit in Southampton as the normal vehicle inspection was repalced by a few photos. Mario was great on listening to my concerns and wrote me out a hand receipt amd provided me vital evergreen shipping info for the car. Evergreens shipment tracking system was fantastic and i was able to follow the container from beginning to the end (and clearing of us customs). Schumacher had their freight forward customs broker handle all the work at the port. It went flawlessly and the car was ready for pick up within a few days of arriving in port. I was expecting months! I picked Schumacher as a one stop shop for my import needs and they didnt dissapoint. The car arrived in perfect condition. Many thanks to the Schumacher team for making this process enjoyeable and hassle free.
