Terrible experience. It took them 6 hours to move a packed 1 bedroom apartment and some boxes in storage. They charged me $820. They disappeared twice for over an hour. He said it was because of the elevator but the move off the truck only took an hour. I asked for 2 men and they showed up with 4. So $90 changed to $120. I had an aide scheduled for 6 hours to help but she sat around half the day. She was gone by the time the movers were finished. I’m on oxygen and can barely breathe. I had to ask my daughter to come over after work. All my frozen and refrigerated food is wasted. They lost the cord to my tv so I can’t watch tv for 2 days unless we find it. They said they put it in a box or a bag.
I am a senior citizen in pain and I waited on a bench for these movers for 2 hours while they put a very small storage unit in the truck and drove 3
miles to my new address.
It was a nightmare. With an $820 price tag. Will never recommend them.

So these guys are great. They moved our three bedroom one bath house in about 7 hours, but they would have been done much quicker if they did not have to move EVERYTHING up stairs while unloading. See we moved into a large 2nd floor apartment and these guys handled it like champs. Super kind and courteous. They really know what they are doing. We plan to use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Some of the worst movers I have ever hired, they broke my $200 desk that I use for work. They kept placing things into the wrong rooms. They also smelt of cigarette smoke and weed. Two people in my family have asthma and this caused issues. Paid over $600 for them to not put things in the correct rooms and break my things. I will never be using these individuals again and I do not recommend them to anyone.
