Horrible Horrible Service!!! Not only did they never show up at the date and time agreed upon, when calling the office asking what was going on I was hung up on and no follow up. I will keep calling to get my deposit back, but needless to say everything has been terrible with this company.

Brought furniture on day promised but took 2 months to get it to me but with extensive damage and 30% missing. The original quote was with interstate and they subcontracted to GTS who subcontracted to Scout. Be very careful with all, personally I will never use them ever again. Did I mention the price doubled from the original quote???

I hired them in 2016, they gave me a quote and When they showed on the day of the move they jacked up the price when I had no option but to make the move and the crew leader was very rude. Quite few items on delivery were broken.
I am planning the move again and just saw their name on google search and I think i should give them the review so customer be aware when choosing them

Horrible Experience

They DESTROYED several of my items. Now that I’m trying to file an insurance claim, none of their published numbers work. I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. They charged me fees that I was told we’re included in my quote too. What was supposed to cost me $3500, cost me $5800. They had my stuff on the truck BEFORE I was advised of any changes to the cost; clearly a tactic.
