Incredibly deceitful company. Actual cost of the move nearly doubled the cost of the original quote. Save yourself the headache and go to a competitor.

I have moved 7 times in the past 10 years, packing myself. This was by far the worse experience I've ever had... so many broken items... like they must have just thrown my boxes. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

It was the worst service that I have had, lost items, damage and the answer was, I do not have any interest in talking to you.
Please do not hire them.

Very poor service! They are very dubious, hiding clauses in their agreement. They deliberately omit some of your items when sending you the docusign document.They don't do onsite evaluation but on the day of the move they will demand you pay a lot more because you have more items than they listed.
They don't move your item rather they keep with them in WA, in less than two weeks they will start harassing for more for storage charges. They reluctantly backed out when I told them it wasn't even a month.When I was ready in 14 days I got the shocker- after pushing me around ignoring my calls etc, they finally told me they don't even have the means to move my items yet.They said I might get my items in 3 months.

Late picking up, late delivering. They seem to subcontract out a lot of their work, and it shows. The subcontractors seem to be mostly foreigners, because they're cheaper. I would not use them again, because the stress from this move almost gave me a heart attack.
