The good news is that one of your competitors already delivered my shipment from Chicago to Bangkok. I was impressed, they delivered to the other side of the world before your staff can even give a quote...
My business doesn't stop, I don't have four weeks to wait for you to get your ducks in a row. For any rime or reason SDC can't, or won't be able to help, have a little respect for you customer and tell them, you don't completely ignore them.

Our experience with SDC after all isn’t so pleasant, the packing and picking up from our apartment in New York wasn’t so bad, however, the shipment had several delays and the status updates weren’t so timely which was quite frustrating. The estimated terminal and additional charges at the destination were doubled and of course we are forced to pay, otherwise they won’t delivered. Till now we still haven’t heard back on the reason behind the changing in charges. When we received the shipments, there were items broken and chair with mysterious stains, we’ve reported the issue and they also took the photos, but this is also not solved, no updates or even apologies so far. Overall, they would take your calls and respond quickly before you made the payments and once they made the delivery, it’s so hard to get hold on the representatives to get a solution. We would not recommend SDC.

Update: During execution, Gloria and Cynthia post my talks with Timothy were kind enough to check with me over the phone if not emails to ensure everything is done well. Sadly though, they've now left this organization. Lia and Elizabeth from their current logistics team felt like they were interrogatively harsh to a good client like me. I nervously am now hopeful of getting my stuff back safely. Thankfully, Timothy has been sounding sensible and genuinely okay so far with me who took from me some feedback and ensured better training of them so that good people like me are not feeling such unfair treatment...this may be uncalled for. Let's see. prayers all goes well for the good people like me also..
