Seaford Transfer

I had Corey, Seth, and Josh from Seaford Transfer assist me in my move. They were very helpful, attentive, and quick. :) I would definitely call them again to help me move and recommend them to my family/friends!!

Hired to help us load a moving truck in the late afternoon. It rained this morning so apparently they sent all of their employees home even though the rain stopped by 2 PM. Now my husband and I are left loading the truck on our own. Not reliable.

Edit- I originally submitted this review in December, 2020. I received an email from google today that prompted me to look at it and realize that I left some information out at the time.

First, our move was scheduled in the late afternoon. The moving company told us that if the rain ended by 2 PM, they would be able to move us still. So, we kept an eye on the weather and made some back up plans. The rain ended before 2 PM, but when my husband called Seaford he was told they had sent all of their movers home for the day.

“Inclement weather” during the move is one thing, and would have been completely understandable. But apparently Seaford will cancel their services if it rains at all that day. That is the reason for the poor review, and why I would strongly suggest using another company.
