Really best moving company and service since I met before.

I found out that I had lost so many items after I moved out of the packaging, and when I contacted the owner he just said, 'I'll return the tip we got,' so I had nothing more to say.

It's been about two years. When I talked about 'lost items' while leaving an additional post, I said, 'I've never been contacted.'

I just let it go because I thought, 'It's not you who's wrong, it's the people who are working.' But now that you're responding, I think the owner is the same.

You said 'AGAIN, WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL REGARDS TO THIS MATTER.'
So how did I know 'I'll refund back the tip'?

타주로 이사를 끝내고 나니…
물건을 너무 많이 분실했습니다,
사장님에게 전화를 해서 이 부분에 대해 말했지만
“직원들에게 준 팁이나 돌려드리겠다” 고 하더군요

그 분이 나에게 더 해줄 게 없다는 것도 잘 압니다만…
다른 사람들이 같은 피해를 당하지 않게 하려고 이 글을 적습니다

2년 정도 된 일인데... 추가글을 남기면서 '분실'에 대해서 이야기를 했더니 '연락을 받은 일이 없다' 고 답변을 적었네요.
'오너가 잘못된 것이 아니라, 일하는 사람들이 잘못되었다' 라고 생각을 했었기 때문에 그냥 넘어갔던 일인데... 지금 보니까 주인도 별로 다를게 없네요.

그럼, 내가 '팁이나 돌려 드리겠다' 는 말을 어떻게 알았을까요

Today was our second time to get help from Sech. Great service. So fast and efficient. The owner was so professional. We were scheduled in the afternoon. He kept us updated throughout the day and everything was smooth. Nothing missing or damaged. Highly recommend!!
