The staff here and in phone support are amazing. The units are clean, the property is very safe at night. If there is any issue, you can usually get help quickly- and the rates are fantastic.

Customer Service agents are knowledgeable and pleasant. The facility is clean and organized. The location is nice the only 1 thing is the traffic in the area. It's busy but a good busy. The Rates are GREAT! I'm paying less for more space. I had a 5*10 n they charged me 74 a month. At the time it was the only available units around and not so good service.I am so much happier. Thank you for being for all the people across the board. Keep up the good work SecurCare.

I had a really good experience customer service was great I got the chance to work with TyAsia and Alice and the experience was great.

Stopped by secur self storage facility to inquire about getting another unit. I had the pleasure of an encounterment with a young lady name Tyasia who was very pleasant to work with. She was knowledgeable and assisted with all my questions. She made sure I knew all the rates and fees. Such a sweet soul. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with an Alice at this same location both ladies are just great. If you are thinking about or need a storage until please visit them and allow them to assist. You will not regret it! Thank both of you ladies!!
