I was met by Eric who provided me with excellent customer service and showed me several units available to rent. The whole experience from reserving online to viewing the unit was quite simple and efficient.

This facility always has problems! Today I was not able to get inside to my unit due to the key pad being down. I tried using the app, but that didn’t work only. When I called. I was told due to them being down manual entry was the only way to access my unit. Since this is a reoccurring issue for this site, they should hand out physical gate keys. I think we will be taking our business somewhere else. My business equipment is stored in there and I should be able to access it when I NEED IT!

ZERO STARS. This place made a mistake and placed our account info with someone else’s storage. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND as they continue running us in circles. DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY. Are they dumb or just playing dumb?
