UPDATE 2: I’ve been nice up to this point but are you dense? Like this has to be the WORST business in the area. You KNOW the mistakes you’ve made and won’t fix it and continue to do it.

UPDATE: Your response is to call, however my husband has called three times, your team has admitted to the issue and you still have not refunded the money. Please provide actual solutions.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Currently I would rate this zero. Our family’s company is renting a unit but we have been charged double for 4 months. They have admitted to it. We have called to clear up the process which should be as simple as, “Yes, we made a mistake, let us fix it.” However, we are now chasing them to get a response and to receive our money back.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. We chose to store our belongings here and had so many issues, I don’t know where to start. They send you very few instructions, there is never a person in the office, they never answer the phone, the AC was out in my “climate controlled” building, and we received a rent increase 2 months after being there. We moved out in 2.5 months and will never look back.

Great location and the manager, Shana was most helpful!!
