Don't expect service on site. There is no one in the office. You have 2 call the 800 number....

Thank you Ms. April for your welcoming customer service skills at the Mt. Holly, NC location. The information shared in reference to rates and sizes made the selection process so much easier. I appreciate the time taken to walk with me and show me which units were available.
The paperwork process, monthly payment due date, and rate were explained and pointed out in the contract. The location was clean and accessible with cameras at every possible angle making sure customers were and felt safe upon entering and exiting the property. I'm totally satisfied with my choice of storage facility.

April is such a good spirit individual and provides excellent customer service whenever I needed something or had questions.
