The area manager April and Assistant manager Zyajia , were both lovely people. They have great customer service skills. Not once did I feel rushed. Just some of the most amazing ladies !!

Do not I repeat do not use this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. MY trailer was stolen from the Mount Holly location and the company did nothing to rectify the issue only to say they could do nothing about it yet they raised the fees for whatever reason. Your property is safer on the side of the road than there.

Good place easy to setup

False advertising at the worst NO working cameras( at least thats what they told the police ) , NO 24 hour access as written on the building, time limit on the unit ( 60 minutes) NO lights even though it was suppose to, No acess to your stuff after 5-6pm, theft problems. Now that my stuff is out of there and i dont have to worry about the rest dissapearing let me tell you how it is. Was told i could not be there after 60 minutes , i had over 300 boxes and paperwork to go through but was threaten to be kicked out and they would keep the money if i didnt leave when she did at 4( i got there at 2.48) A black old lady would ride around in a cart looking in any open unit for stuff she would be interested in and would ask is that for sale? She said she was the manager so if something went missing you would tell them and they would say proove it? Also saw a lot of fake reviews about this place like 'she showed us the unit 'and they get 5 stars for showing you the unit? Every storage place shows you the unit before you rent it. Any review with Donna in it is fake. I fell for those reviews as well . They give discounts for nice reviews.
So No 24 hour acess, No lights, No working cameras, huge theft problem( met a man whose camper was stolen during the day and of coarse the cameras did not work.) I was there for 6 months and the price went up 2 times total 65 dollar increase so 300 total for a unit. I found another place for 160 cheapier, 24 hour access and working cameras . Lived in Mt holly for over 20 years
Places like this make Mt holly look bad.
Edit love how the owner responds to all these BAD reviews like he is going to do something.

I needed an immediate storage unit and April assisted me with my options including discounts and with a smile!!!
She was very professional and knowledgeable of her brand.
Work with April if you need a storage unit for rent!!!
