I, unfortunately, lost the key to my unit but Heather was amazing! As you can imagine, I was a bit flustered with the situation but she was understanding, made the process smooth and was very kind throughout the entire interaction I had with her. Her customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was able to access my unit quickly, helping me to feel much more at ease. Grateful for her help and her sharing a laugh with me, in order ease the tension I was feeling. Thank you Heather!! ?
