I recently had the opportunity to use SecurCare Self Storage for my moving needs, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me during my recent visit. She patiently answered all my questions and helped me to find the perfect unit for my needs. It’s clear that she truly cares about her customers and her positive attitude made a stressful situation much more manageable. Thank you Mrs.Kennetha for your helpful service. The security was excellent and they have surveillance over the whole area.

They will send you a letter telling you they're raising rates after only 60 days. Not just a little either. My rate went up 25%.

Edit: By month 4, my rates were raised twice. The second raise was without notice. I now pay 50% more than when I first arrived. They actually raised my rates after I notified them that BOTH units I have leak and damaged some of my property.
