Lauren is great. But, unfortunately there was several water leaks in the building due to negligence from ownership. The climate controlled units are not actually controlled. Due to this negligence ALL of my belongings are ruined. My ENTIRE storage has mold in it. The insurance company that they use only pay $500 for damage. Even though the company failed to due their due diligence to fix the issue. Now I am without everything I’ve worked hard for. I do not recommend storing your items here or at any iStorage.

I had a very disappointing experience with IStorage in Ellenwood, GA. I rented a climate-controlled unit, expecting to keep my belongings safe and in good condition. Unfortunately, when I retrieved my items, I found extensive mold and mildew on many of them.

Despite the assurance that climate control would protect my belongings, it clearly did not. When I reached out to the company for assistance, the agent informed I should have let them know while I was on the property, how was I to know how extensive it was until I got home and started unpacking. I was met with refusal to help or offer any compensation. This lack of customer service and accountability is unacceptable.

I would advise potential customers to think twice before choosing IStorage for their storage needs. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel let down by a company that should prioritize the protection of its customers' belongings.
