I made a reservation online and spoke with a representative who answered all of my questions. They also told me that the office is closed for one hour anytime from 1-3. Once they opened at 3, I was greeted by a rude representative who asked me with her whole mouth if RATS would be a problem as they have a RAT PROBLEM. I IMMEDIATELY left. A total waste of my time…
