Nice, clean space. Affordable. Friendly staff.

I called the office numerous times and called corporate office. Nobody was picking up the phone. Manager Liz took a two hour lunch break midday when I had a truckload of items to drop off at storage. We had to wait the entire time for Liz to return from lunch costing us $200 extra. Then Liz returned with an atrocious attitude towards my husband; she pushed his hand away while he was signing paperwork for the storage unit. Why she received accolades for her service in the past is questionable to me. Further, the storage unit we paid for was listed as 10x10 when it’s actually 10x9. I certainly do not recommend this business

The facility is great, and they keep it very clean. Except for one time I did have a problem. Oh one thing they need to stop going up on the rent every six months. Come on now. I know they did quite well doing Covid so they don’t even need to catch up like the restaurants serving people and stuff. I think once a year is great like most rental places. And they should do something for the longtime customers.

I have used Storamerica since 2010. It's fire proof, no rodents, great security system, but most of all Liz, she is amazing. She will accommodate a customer when they need a bigger space or smaller one. She's great to work with. Go see Liz and tell her the size of space you need she will help you.
