Throughout this past year I have visited my units every couple of weeks. I’ve always felt safe being there by myself. Never saw any questionable individuals lingering at or around the premises. Consistently, my units have been free of insects/rodent droppings. Every phone call has been answered without delay. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

⭐️ one star. this place has gone from a low 3 ⭐️ to a .5 ⭐️. i go to my unit every month or two and last November 2023 i noticed middle age men (after office hours) walking around with backpacks and no vehicles. also my unit is rampant with rodent droppings and black widows. every 4 months they raise the rent 25% and the access hours are ridiculous. gate closes and locks at 7pm every day all year. nobody ever answers phone and again, there today was a dirty man with a backpack wandering around without a vehicle and startling me because i didn't hear him creep up and asked if i had a cigarette. nobody answered either phone number and anyway im out of here as soon as i can. my advice is build a shed and stay married!

It's IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone, they increase pricing without timely notice, they send letters about not receiving payment when you have proof of payment being processed. Then you go to the site and it says no payment due. I'm actively trying to move my storage unit. The hours of operation are inconsistent with the website it's just beyond frustrating WORST DECISION MADE!!

Been with this storage facility for a long time. Derek has been great always taking care of any concerns I have and promptly. Very kind, respectful, and professional. Has managed the facility for a long time, one of the reasons why I am still here. Runs this place so we'll.
