Great customer service Kayla was nice lady

My husband came to rent a unit a few days ago, Kayla was very helpful from start to finish! The gentleman however didn't even introduce himself so I don't know his name but he was very rude and seamed as if we were bothering him by even being in the office to rent from there facility! he had a made myself and my husband feel very uncomfortable. Hopefully he is not like that most days and just had an off day that day.. Kayla has great customer service and the only reason he still chose to rent are unit from her after the office experience we had
