During the course of transferring our lease unit from 397 to 396, Ms. Kayla Crawford, the Assistant Property Manager at Stockton, California, provided us with the best customer support and most professional assistance we have ever received so far. Our previous unit #397 was broken into. It was because of Ms. Crawford we decided to stay with Securcare. Ms.Crawford made the transition very smooth for us. She tried hard to facilitate our needs. Among other things, with her help we were able to find a very nice local moving team to move stuff quickly for us. This is essentially important for us since we had to fly from other state just for this project under time constrains. We also feel Ms. Crawford is hard working, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and very enthusiastic about her work. She cares about the customers. She is a problem solver. We feel that SecurCare Self Storage is lucky to have Ms. Crawford as one of its employees who can and will help the company continue to grow up its business with good reputation.
