SecurCare Self Storage

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had at your SecurCare Self Storage location at 910 Hampton Rd, McDonough, GA.

During my visit to inquire about renting a storage unit, I entered the office and observed an employee, Shelly, vaping inside the premises. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and concerning, especially in a customer-facing environment.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism when visiting a business, and this incident did not meet those standards. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to ensure a more professional environment for future customers.

This place is great but the EMPLOYEES THOUGH....AMAZING !!! I CAN NOT EXSPRESS HOW TRULY AMAZING. since having this storage Shelly and Katie and other employees have been so kind through this process. Any questions I had they answered ... Shelly really goes to bat for her clients ... thanks for everything yall..
