I have had two “climate controlled” units since March of 2024. In those short 9 months the rent has been raised twice on one and once on the other. Also, I have my payments setup on autopay but yet some how I am charged late fees every month and then magically the payments come out including the late fees. I have tried calling to resolve this issue but my calls go unanswered at the Broad Street location. I’ve had to call corporate multiple times to get a resolution. Also, The air and / or the heat is never on in the climate controlled units. Just be aware they will raise your rates often and not provide active customer service when problems arise.

The lady named Melissa is wonderful ! Very thorough, and helpful. She's a very sweet lady, they have very nice staff. I highly recommend coming here

We’ve been renting a climate controlled unit for about a year and just renewed for a few months. Lisa has been wonderful, cheerful, and seen to our needs. As you may know, that is not the norm.

Angela is amazing! 10/10 recommend using this company!

Too early to tell, but the employees were very nice. I feel charging an admin fee is ridiculous.
