SecureSpace Self Storage Antioch

Prices have doubled since I signed up, just got another email for a new price hike. While clean and having helpful staff the place is infested by rodents as I see rat droppings in my unit and tons of rodent activity

I’ve been a customer with secure space for a few Years now. The price keeps going up and up. It’s ridiculous how high to pay for a 5 x 10 unit I pay $192 a month, just outrageous
And the hours are so ridiculous 6 PM close.
I Needed a storage space because I was moving from Antioch to Vacaville. I have since for the last two years been trying to get out of the Antioch storage but with the hours being until 6 PM It’s utterly impossible for me to get there. So month after month I pay for a storage in Vacaville and I pay for a storage in Antioch and you know I have a 10 x 10 in Vacaville for $130 a month.
It’s sad to say, but I am hoping to be out of there by March 1
I’ve emailed them to ask them what their move out policy is as far as how much time and dates in order to make sure that I don’t get penalized for moving out. And I’ve gotten no response.
So here’s to hopefully being out of Antioch for good once and for all
