Very helpful staff. Clean, new ac controlled units. I love that they are open later than other storage places. Highly recommend.

I hate leaving reviews but I need to for this. They are fine for storage but just randomly increased my rate by almost 40%. Because of some ambiguous company policies. I need to relocate my storage stuff because I honestly feel swindled. Incredibly inconvenient and uncalled for.

Haven't been to the facility in person yet,
but the reservation process at least was so-so. Kind of long and drawn out and I took notice of the fact that they accept your payment BEFORE you fill out your lease or the in depth paperwork stuff specifically ID verification. So for example. If you don't have ID, you'd pay for the unit, and then find out your can't get the unit..... what happens then? Just a potential issue I can forsee occurring.
Besides the length though, it was pretty convenient. Like I was able to do the whole process while lying in my bed! ?
