Not understanding why this is labeled as a 24hr storage. Very misleading. Change your hours to honesty.

For almost a year, I'm been charged for an insurance that It was never mentioned to me and when I moved my things out and returned the unit I was still charged even after going in person and told by the desk employee that it would be cancel to avoid a next month charge. Poor attention to customers' needs and money hungry it's what I see from this company. The fact that new customers get better rates and bigger units and loyal customers don't doesn't sit well with me. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Get better deals for staying with the company and not moving out ??‍♂️.

I moved my things into a unit in August, and in December, I received an email saying in January, my new rate would be 40% higher.

I immediately scheduled movers to transfer my intems to the Westy facility up the street (lower price and it's written into the contract that your rate will not increase within the first two years).

Each time I went into the office at this location, the employees were rude, disrespectful, and fed me contradicting information. The employee laughed when I asked for paperwork documented that my lease is terminated (which is standard when you end a lease anywhere), and suggested I just take his word that they won't charge me anymore. A bunch of uninformed highschool kids running the location. Stay far away.
