Easy move in with straightforward instructions. I signed up online and didn’t require any help. They have pretty big elevators if you’re brining in big furniture, and carts to bring it in on. It was easy and I’m happy about that.

Absolutely wonderful experience with the manager Stephanie! She went above and beyond helping me prepay my unit and switching me to a different one when an issue with mine arose, and both times she helped me she was so warm and personable that it made taking care of the paperwork related to my unit a breeze. I was originally thinking of going with a different self storage place but she made me so happy I lucked into renting my unit here!
