**3/2/2025**Update ! I just want to echo other reviews below. I have only had my unit for 4 months and recieved a letter informing me that my rental rate will double this month. It's such BS. If you have money to burn, I highly recommend this storage facility. Prices are mor then fair, facility is clean, more than one entrance for unloading... thanks again ! The whole process thus far has been seamless. Entire reservation, contract signing, ID verification & payment process completed in under 10 mins. Immediately received a follow up call from Cody to ensure I did not have any other questions and provided contact info for any future questions or concerns. Thank you for a simple straight forward process.

The rate increases are a joke, they happen every 4-5 to 5 months. Not mentioned when you sign the rental arrangement either.

Update: After 3 months the price increase from $68/month to $96/month. After receiving the increase notice I was told that had I paid for the year upfront I could have locked in the $68 rate. I was not informed of this when I signed up.

The unit the next size up was $97 so I moved to a bigger unit and paid the yearly rate. As I was moving from the smaller unit to the larger, I left the older unit unlocked. The staff called to asked if I was done with the smaller unit and I said no. However the next time I visited the facility another tenant had moved in to the unit that I was still paying for. That staff told me that because I had left it unlocked they had the right to move me out. Contractually they had the right but it left a bad taste in my mouth because I spoke with an employee about how I was moving from the smaller unit to bigger unit.

Ofelia has a beautiful personality and she is very professional about her customers. She greets with an infectious smile. She answered all our questions and was very helpful. The storage facility is very clean and secure and we were happy to be there for seven months. Everything is safe and we recommend this place for anybody.Ofelia, you’re the best. Update when I had my furniture at Secure Spaces starting January 2023 they continue to raise the prices every single month that being said the turnover which Ophelia was the manager there very very nice so we’re a few other people that I’ve got to know there that being said It’s very upsetting that they fire people that are very good at their job. But I would never keep my stuff in that storage face ever again first of all they give you a price and the following month is different and by the time you finish your year I would think we had our stories there for about eight months the prices went up ridiculously high. Also, they don’t provide the insurance on your items. The insurance they provide barely even covers $800 of your stuff and I had way more. I had thousands and thousands of dollars to stuff there and my magnolia Joanna Gaines rug that I boughtit was wrapped in plastic. I had it wrapped really well somehow I don’t know if somebody was in there or checking it landed on the floor and when we bought it home and moved to new place, it was full of mold I am very upset My brand new carpet that I bought was ruined. I didn’t waste my breath to ask him for a penny because in that storage place, which has no lighting inside the storage they have lighting outside that’s fine but inside your storage unit there’s no lighting so be careful. You don’t break your neck there. I twisted my ankle. I hurt my feet my knees and then I knew where is the manager here that she’s gone so why bother that this place does not care about customers or customer service it since I’ve gotten new unit after a couple months things for changing and changing prices and they turn out with employees is ridiculous. So my update is I’m very upset that I had no light and I asked for lighting in my unit no one ever Lighting in the unit how can you see your stuff in there when it gets dark and that being said Will never use as George place again it is dangerous not just even for people in In there, twenties to 80 years old, I’m in between I’m not that old but that being Is ridiculous So I’m changing my review I miss Ophelia who was a manager there Very nice Other Spanish girl Crystal Marie was very nice. Also both for the young ladies were very very Very, very good and professional I don’t know who owns the company or good luck I got my stuff out of there in October 20 24 and I’m now just getting to the review Cause it’s upsetting that I look at my living room, coffee table area, where I was gonna put it in the dining room area And it’s all bare with a beautiful the money I spent on that Joanna Gaines A magnolia rug was not cheap. I bought it at pier one which are no longer in service. So I know a few people that were moving. I said don’t go there. I know I will never ever store my stuff again in Secured spaces. There’s many other places I heard they’re great. Much cheaper and they have lighting and they have Cameras in all area areas They didn’t have as many cameras in every aisle, and then the lights were shut off He had to go out and step out and get the light back on. That’s ridiculous for the price we paid for I’ll give him a big fat zero but I have to give them one. Sorry I’m not usually a rude ignorant person. But I happen to be Hispanic and my husband’s Irish in German So I think they have something for being prejudice with those beautiful girls that were Desk and manager and all Ophelia. I won’t work in that place if it was the last place on earth.
