I put 4 stars because I wasn’t too happy about them raising the storage fees after I was with them since 2019. But I can say the employees are great. I spoke to Cody who was absolutely so nice and took his time to explain to me some of my questions about my storage. He actually changed my mind by staying with this storage company I was really going to move to another storage company because of the raise in price of my storage but he gave me options. He’s such a sweetheart. If you guys have questions definitely ask for him.
