SecureSpace Self Storage Spring Valley

Mediocre at best. The sleezy manager tried standing in front of the unit to prevent me from seeing inside but I saw tons of dead and live cockroaches inside. Manager gave me attitude about cleaning the unit god forbid you do your job lady. Then after only 2 months of renting they send me an email saying they're doubling the rate. Hope this place goes bankrupt

The manager was really good at following up and the reason I decided on getting this storage unit. But the customer service when I came in was unexpected, I hate to leave bad reviews but they were rude and unprofessional.

I spoke to La'sane (23) on the phone inquiring about the specials online because my size storage was a third of what I was paying and the next size up was half. I decided it would be better for me - I came to the office yesterday and La'sane helped me with the transfer. When all was said and done, I think I stayed in the office for a good 45 minutes after just chatting and laughing with both La'sane and Mandy. You guys are so cool!! Thanks for making my storage experience one to remember!! I appreciate you!! I will highly recommend this facility!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 Stars from me!
