The young girl at the front desk was overwhelmed today on auction day. I think it's very unprofessional for the owners to put someone alone on a day like this when the line is out the door. She looked like she was struggling. Do better!!

Good hours and prices. Management is pretty good at communicating when necessary. Had a leak in my unit from all this rain so they went in to fix it that day and offered additional covers and/or blankets in the meantime just in case it rained more while it was being fixed. Overall it’s pretty clean and i feed very secure in my belongings being there (obviously i don’t leave anything of value in there though just in case)
