First time I had a bad experience with a storage unit Manager, he was very rude to me. Talk to me in the matter as if I were a child. He told me that they have a rat problem. Not to leave the door open. I said okay. I understand I always see the door open so I just figured it was okay. They have no signs put up saying not to prop it the door with the rat traps that are outside every time. I come to the storage unit. The doors on both buildings that I can see are left open. By other People I did make a complaint who knows if anything is going to be done about it when i spoke to Chris The guy you complain to he already knew what storage I am from and I did not tell him what city I was from. Where the incident happened or anything? So what does that tell you The manager had already called him and gave him the heads up. He needs more training in customer service and how to treat people. I will be looking for a new storage. I do not feel comfortable going there anymore. He needs to apologize and I don't mean a text or a email.
