Great costumer service.

I am super happy with the customer service and the cleanliness of the facility. Donna was very knowledgable and extraordinarily pleasant. She didn't try to force the biggest, most expensive unit on me, but she asked questions about the items I would be storing. She was very detailed. There were no hidden fees and though it was a difference in price from some of the other more common storage companies - the great customer service and the cleanliness of the facilities (this facility was exceptionally clean, even the doors on the units were clean) the price equaled the quality. I am pleased with my choice and I do recommend this company.
