Words cannot express the appreciation we have for Kayla at SPS! Her honesty and genuine care for her customers is the only reason we actually chose SPS as opposed to the many other choices that are available. During the whole time we had both of our storage units, she always had time for our many questions and went out of her way to make us feel like we were part of the SPS family.

Tony at SPS is also another great example of the customer service we have encountered at SPS. He, like Kayla, goes above and beyond to ensure that we, as customers, are happy and appreciative of our SPS experience.
