Horrible customer service. I have been waiting for my household goods to be delivered to my house since this morning. It is now 10 pm and still nothing. The district manager for Kansas 'Clark' (around FT Leavenworth) has had my phone number but hasn't called. I was assured they would be here at 1130 after I spoke with him at 1018, then at 2pm I was told they would finish loading the truck at 5pm. When they didn't show up again I complained to the corporate office and was patched through to Clark's cell phone and he told me he would be at my house between 9 and 10pm. I'm sitting on my porch waiting and it's now 10pm...nothing. A garbage company, and Dave Logan must be hurting for money bad to choose to endorse them. Unacceptable business practices for an appointment that was scheduled a month in advance. You had 1 job and you failed miserably to do it. Nothing but lies and I'm starting to wonder what Clark and his crew have done with my belongings.
My mover was very nice and professional. He kept me informed about what he was doing, we talked through previous blemishes on the furniture. He made sure my furniture was wrapped tightly and securely. It was my first move so I was kind of scared. The only reason I didn't score higher is because my treadmill wasn't reassembled properly. I got in touch with the move coordinator to let her know and she was supposed to send me a link and never did. Up until that point my salesperson and move coordinator had been very prompt with me. I am paying out of pocket for someone to come and fix my treadmill because I don't feel like stalking the coordinator. I should've checked everything more carefully and I will make sure to do so if I move again.
