Securlock Storage at Warner Robins

I made a long distance reservation on a storage unit. I spoke with Jackee and I was totally impressed with her professionalism. Upon arriving at the facility I found out that everything she told me was exactly as she said and I couldn’t be happier. I wish every business had a manager as great as Jackee. I highly recommend this facility and Jackee.

Omg....what a great company...unrated to storage but their property manager went above and beyond to help me when I was running late for an appointment and had a dead battery....she went to a near by businesses till she found me a jump box to get my truck Crunk up....over and above great business and so out going...thank you so much Jackie with securlock storage

I’ve never rented nor bought a storage before, I ended up purchasing the wrong size of course. Fortunately for me Jackee was very helpful, professional and nice about adjusting my storage to the right one along with giving me a tour and showing me the ins and out of renting with the company. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It’s been a year since my first review and my 5 stars remain the same. I have been renting a suite for over a year now and have nothing but amazing things to say! I’ve always said Jackee is the best and I’m saying it again! Ever since she has taken responsibility of property manager, I always see a clean compound (or her actually picking up trash), a smiling face and clever, catchy sayings on the signs. You can tell she is very passionate and genuinely cares about what she does. She is always a ray of light when I see her and literally brightens a room. I have never had such amazing customer service as Jackee exudes. I need to mention, she manages the whole compound by herself. Jackee is the rock and foundation of this particular branch of Securlock Storage. She is more than a property manager, she’s family.

I want to say that . This storage company is the best thing cooking . When I say very good customer service , clean very secure and worth the money it take to keep our valuable safe. I love love love them and will recommend them to anyone . ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️?
