What can I say. Ms. Jackie!!! I had a pending move from California to WR. She let me reserve a unit not knowing the move in date. She then called to check up on the move and put a second unit on hold for me. My move was a total disaster but she was amazing and helped to make everything as smooth as possible for me. She brought waters and candy out to the movers and me. Checked up on us and even saw I was about to pass out and forced me to sit down in front of her AC. She’s an amazing person and definitely takes care of her renters. Heck even my nephews love to go and see her.

Everyone at Secure Lock Storage has been super. We've rented a unit in April. They were all nice to answer any questions and we never worried about anything. I highly recommend Secure Lock to anyone in our around Byron Ga.

Wow when I tell you we got 5star service, that's exactly what I mean... My husband and I had the pleasure of unloading all of his mother's belongings from North Carolina to Warner Robins Full 22ft truck...Jackie met us outside with waters, let us barrow a hand truck/dolly...blankets (she has a baby grand)?‍♂️The whole process was easy, pleased beyond expectations by Jackie's customer service! I would suggest it for anyone looking for climate controlled storage unit...So clean, very reasonable

Ms. Jackee saved my day for sure! My head was hurting so bad from being overwhelmed of losing all three lock keys. Her assistance was joyful and refreshing. She worked her magic with her tools and pow pow Super Woman for the win!!!! Thank you so much for going the extra mile.
