Absolutely horrible The ladies dad sold me a lock that was opened I didn’t think about it until there was a bunch of stuff stolen out of my mini storage bin the lady struggled her shoulders when I told her she acted like she could really care less so unprofessional she had insurance she should’ve taken care of the stuff that was stolen out of my unit never again will I ever rent a storage unit from them. She said to me that she wasn’t in control of her Video cameras her brother was maybe she should be in control of her video cameras so unprofessional.
