Select Containers

I purchased a container from this company. According to their contract they guarantee our containers to be wind and water tight. A couple days after delivery the weather seal on the doors came off. So now my container is not wind and water tight like that guarantee. Also bugs, spiders and who knows what else is getting into the container. I was told by someone that answered the phone that I have to empty my container out (I'm like where am I suppose to put my things, on the ground) and then they would bring me another one once they pick that one up. I paid $2500 for that container and they have been no help in rectifying the situation or making me whole. All I wanted was another container that was functional as promised. It's been almost a year of numerous calls and no answer. left numerous messages and no return calls. Finally, some lady answers and I try and tell her what's been going on since I purchased the container and she was being real rude. Saying (we don't know what happened to the container, like I did something to the container. She said well, just send pics so she could see and I said i did send pics the first time). Very rude and unprofessional. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend buying any container from them.

Lana provided excellent customer service. She was easy to get a hold of for questions. She sent a lot of photos of the containers available and was transparent with pricing. The container was delivered the next day after ordering.

**DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I placed my order for a 40ft high cube container back in February. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery. It’s September and they never delivered. They keep giving me excuses, always COVID related. They are thieves!!! They won’t return calls or emails. I actually went to their “Hesperia office” and there is none. They won’t give me my money back and they won’t give me my container. I’ll take them to small claims court. Shame on you Becky and Jessica ?

I understand the price is out of their control. However there are things they could have done better.
The door was hard to open while on the truck. I ended up having to take a grinder to the latch to be able to close it again. The paint job was pitiful. They didn't bother to hose off the dirt and rust on the outside, just painted over it. When I did start hosing off the dirt, the paint and rust flaked off and I can see daylight through the door.
A little bit of patching compound, cleaning, and proper paint prep would have gone a long way.
Becky was great and very helpful. The driver was very experienced and did great.

The Simply The Best at moving shipping containers! They had there driver there on time very professional and he can place it anywhere I had tight area to fit and he did it no problem
