I lost my Mom in July and recently brought some of her things home from Louisiana. I shipped it all in Uhaul U-Boxes.

I needed to find someplace that would let me put the U-Boxes on the property for a day or two in order to unload them. When I spoke to Jorden, he was very helpful in working that out. We were initially going to place them in a certain location, but we then decided another location would be better. At that point he switched the unit for me to be closer.

I initially rented a 5x10 unit, but realized once we looked at it that it wasn't quite going to work. I again spoke to Jorden and he worked with me to determine if two 5x10s or one 10x10 would be better. We went with the 10x10 and again he switched the unit with no issues.

During our move-in, he drove out to check on things and make sure we didn't need anything further. Needless to say, Jorden was great at making this process very easy, especially while still dealing with my grief. I highly recommend this facility.

The employees are all so very nice, friendly, helpful and courteous.
The facilities are clean and well maintained.
The last time I stopped in Jorden was working and he was a pleasure to work with, so I
highly recommend this business if you need a storage unit.
Oh and the monthly charge is very reasonable.

Once again lowering my rating. They jacked up the price of my unit from $104 to $169. Its like they're trying to price tenants who regularly pay their bill and stay long term to make room for the RV park during the summer. You make zero improvements to the property and have left the security gate open for days, broken. Time to go somewhere else.
