Great facility and friendly staff. Be care of the application process. They have an “additional insurance” question that you Can’t opt out of. Local staff say they can adjust but it is a frustrating process.

The staff is very good at helping the client's and the storage facility is always clean and accessible. The only complaint I have is the 20% Late Fee charge, which is pretty steep. Fortunately I have my unit on Auto-pay so I haven't had to pay this excessive fee.

The online reservation process was simple. But the calls to make changes created all sorts of problems. Mis communication and inaccurate information caused lots of frustration and 3 trips from home and back. Hours later I had access to the unit. But no one left to help move items. Multiple calls back and forth With customer service. (Very helpful team, but they can only do so much.) Too many issues to list here. Nice clean unit and Well maintained facility.
I had made an online reservation to begin on Saturday 10/26. I called on Wednesday and asked to move the reservation to Friday 10/25. I go in on Friday to find there is no one there to help me. The person I talked to days ago said they Would be there. The maintenance person there said he could not help me. In the end I did get access to the unit.

Great facility and easy to get to from Bonney Lake. Did have one incident when it appeared that a leaf blower had blow dirt and debris into my unit and onto the items in the unit.
